"Felt safe leaving my truck overnight"
I pulled in late and, just from the lights and cameras around, I figured it was a decent spot right away. Maybe I assumed a little quick, but it felt safe enough to leave my truck there overnight and I had no issues.

"Usable, but Could’ve Been Cleaner"
Stopped here during a road trip and, to be fair, the bathroom wasn’t awful. That said, the sinks were messy and one of the stalls definitely needed some attention. It was usable, but i was hoping for a bit better.

"Solid stop along the way"
Stopped here during a long drive and it was in good shape. I wasn’t there long, just needed to fuel up and take a quick break, but the bathrooms were clean, the pumps worked fine, and the lot didn’t have that messy feel some places do. Nothing super memorable or fancy, just a clean, well-kept spot when you need one.

"Parking Can Be Tough Late at Night"
I’ve stopped at a few Pilot Flying J locations, and like I said, the main issue for me is the truck parking. Late at night it can be tricky finding a spot, and some of the spaces are either already full or really tight to get into. When I do find a space, everything’s usually fine, but like I said, I just wish they had more parking available for trucks.

I tried reaching out to customer service twice and ended up waiting for days. They did finally get back to me, but they didnt really solve the problem. It was frustrating, and I wouldnt say the support was very helpful.

"Pretty handy on long drives"
Pilot Flying J is usually right where I need it to be when I’m out on a long drive, which helps a ton. Most of the time I can grab fuel, snacks, and get back on the road without much hassle. A few locations are kinda tight to pull into though, especially if it’s busy, and parking can be a bit hit or miss. Still, I end up stopping there often becuase it’s just convenient.

"Decent, but feels a bit clunky"
My first impression is that the app does what I need it to do for finding stops and checking rewards, but it just doesn’t feel as smooth as it should. Sometimes it loads slowly, and a few of the buttons don’t respond the way I expect them to. It’s not a bad app, and I still use it, but my gut feeling is that it could be a lot better with some polishing

"Rewards Don’t Feel Worth It Anymore"
I stop at Pilot Flying J often because it’s convenient and I’m on the road a lot, but the rewards just don’t feel like they add up to much anymore, the points take forever to turn into anything useful and the decent offers barely show up, the app itself works fine for me most of the time, I just wish there was more actual value for people who stop there regularly.

"I stopped here with my dog..."
I stopped here with my dog because it seemed like they had a decent pet area, but it didn’t really live up to that. There was some grass and it worked for a quick walk, but there was trash around and the bag holder was empty. If you’re going to make it seem like a convenient spot for pets, it should probably be kept up better.

"Getting around the lot was a headache"
A friend actually recommended this place to me, but the parking lot was such a mess. It wasn’t clear where to enter, and cars and trucks were cutting across each other everywhere. Then trying to get back out took way longer than it should have. The whole traffic flow just made the visit more frustrating than it was worth.

I stopped in late while I was on the road, and I was grateful they were still open. The wait was only about 5 minutes, which was exactly what I needed since I was tired and just wanted something quick to eat. It’s a small thing, but having a place still serving people decently at that hour really makes a difference.

The staff were friendly enough, but the queue felt like it took forever. I was standing around waiting way longer than expected, and the counter service just seemed slow. Not a terrible experience, but they definitely need to speed things up.

"Surprisingly clean stop"
Pulled into Pilot Flying J during a long drive. Needed a break, bathroom, maybe a snack. i was kind of surprised. The place was clean. Bathrooms were stocked, floors looked like someone actually keeps up with them, and the store wasn’t all cluttered or grimy. Just easy in, easy out. No gross gas station nonsense. Solid stop.

"Pricey Fuel and Empty Diesel Pumps"
Not gonna lie, the fuel was expensive, and the diesel pumps were empty again. It’s frustrating when you stop expecting to fill up and run into the same issue more than once

"Wi-Fi was actually decent"
I stopped at Pilot Flying J mainly to catch up on a few emails, not really expecting much from the Wi-Fi. It did take a minute to connect, which was a little annoying, but once it was on, it stayed steady. No random drops, and I was even able to use maps and send messages without issues. I guess I have to give it credit, when you’re on the road and just need decent internet, this worked better than I thought it would...

"Pretty reliable for quick stops"
I usually have a good experience here. Most of the things I’m looking for are in stock, and it’s easy to grab snacks and drinks without wandering around too much. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid place to stop when I need something quick.

"Card issue sorted faster than I expected"
My card payment glitched and I figured it would turn into a whole annoying back-and-forth, but support actually fixed it quickly. It was way less hassle than I expected

"Amenities have been slipping a bit"
I’m a truck driver and I stop here often, maybe a few times a month or so, and lately the amenities just haven’t been that great. The showers seem backed up a lot of the time, and they’re not always as clean as you’d hope. Seems like there’s usually a laundry machine or two not working, too. Parking fills up quick unless you pay for a spot. The staff is generally fine, but the whole place feels a little run down compared to what I’d expect from a big truck stop chain.
